Website Builder Help

Request a website, review your generated preview, approve the final version, and complete billing. We then provision hosting and publish the approved website.

$530 initially: $500 website deployment plus the first $30 hosting month. Then $30 per month with explicit recurring-payment authorization. There is no free first month. Submitting the request or approving a preview does not itself charge your card.

Your steps, from request to launch

  1. Tell us what you need

Open the website builder form. Under the services question, select A new or improved website. The form also offers Google, Bing and business-email help; those requests are separate from website deployment.

Enter your business name, services, contact email, public contact details, service area and hours. Add your preferred pages, colors, logo and genuine business photos where available. Only include information you want published. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or account keys.

  2. Confirm your request

Review the answers and choose Send my request. Keep the confirmation and watch your email. A website request enters the preview-generation workflow; the team reviews the generated result before inviting you to review it. Submission does not replace an existing website or change email settings.

  3. Review your private preview

Use the private review link in your email. Check the pages on a phone and computer, especially business facts, services, spelling, phone numbers, images and contact links. AI-generated wording needs your factual review; do not approve invented claims, testimonials or qualifications.

Approve the preview if it is ready, or request changes with specific page names and corrections. The team updates the preview and sends a new review invitation when ready. An earlier approval does not automatically approve a revised version. Keep review links private; the preview-review invitation expires after seven days.

  4. Approve the exact website and domain

After preview approval, we prepare the launch package for your agreed website address and send a separate publication-authorization link. Review the prepared website, confirm the domain, and confirm that you have authority to publish it. Send your publication response.

Preview approval and publication authorization are separate. Publication permission applies to the specified version and domain, not to domain purchases, charges or changes to your business email.

  5. Complete billing and monthly enrollment

We create your customer checkout in FOSSBilling. New customers follow the billing account-setup instructions; existing customers use their own billing login. Review the $530 initial invoice and use its Authorize.net payment flow.

Complete the separate recurring-hosting enrollment and explicitly authorize $30 monthly payments. Follow the billing page's prompts and check the displayed next billing date. Paying the initial invoice alone does not replace recurring enrollment. Production checkout uses real payments; do not enter test-card numbers.

  6. Connect your domain and go live

Use an existing domain you control, or purchase one separately with assistance from the team. We confirm the exact hostname and DNS changes with you. Do not change nameservers or email records without coordinating with us.

Once the approved version, publication permission, verified payment, recurring enrollment and domain readiness are in place, the system provisions hosting and publishes the site. DNS and HTTPS checks must pass before the deployment is recorded as verified. This is not necessarily instantaneous.

Open the confirmed HTTPS website address and check the content and contact actions. Contact the team for later changes; approving another preview does not silently overwrite an existing live site.

What our team does for you

You submit your details and make the key decisions. Behind the scenes, our administrator follows your project through our dedicated dashboard, from reviewing your request to confirming your live website. Here is what happens at each stage; you do not need access to our internal dashboard.

  1. Your request reaches our project dashboard

When you submit the form, our administrator reviews your business details, contact information and selected services in your project record. Your website request enters automatic preview generation, and our team follows its progress. If information is missing or processing needs attention, we review it before moving forward. Any Google, Bing or email work stays separate from your website's progress.

  2. We review your generated preview

Before sharing it with you, our team checks the design, mobile layout, business information, navigation, images and contact actions, along with the automated audit findings. In our preview-review workflow, we request corrections where needed and mark the reviewed version Approved for sharing. This is our internal review, not a substitute for your approval.

  3. You receive a review invitation

Our administrator sends your private invitation from the Customer review stage and tracks your response. If you request changes, we work through your notes, review the revised preview and send you a fresh invitation. If your link expires or the preview changes, we issue a replacement so you review the right version.

  4. We prepare your approved website for launch

After you approve the preview, your project moves to Prepare for launch. We confirm your exact website address with you, including whether it uses www, and prepare the launch package for that address. Our team inspects the prepared pages and confirms domain access and DNS readiness with you.

  5. We ask for your permission to publish

Our administrator emails a separate publication-authorization invitation for the prepared website and final domain. You review and approve that specific combination before publication can proceed. If the package or domain changes, we ask for fresh permission rather than relying on your earlier response.

  6. We prepare your checkout

Using Create customer checkout, our administrator connects your approved website service to the correct billing account. We verify your existing account or create a new account using your name, email and country information.

The billing workflow prepares your $530 initial invoice and account-setup invitation where needed. We can then provide your checkout link and track its invoice and hosting order together. You do not need to create hosting accounts or place duplicate orders while this is processing.

  7. We confirm payment and monthly enrollment

After you pay and authorize monthly hosting, our billing checks verify the payment and recurring-enrollment records. Our administrator can follow this through Verify checkout payment. If confirmation is still pending, we investigate the existing checkout rather than asking you to pay again simply because the website is not yet live.

  8. We publish and verify your website

Once the required approvals, payment, monthly enrollment and domain readiness are confirmed, our automated deployment workflow connects your project to its hosting order, creates the managed hosting account and publishes the approved website. It checks the domain, secure HTTPS connection and published content.

The verified address appears in our dashboard under Last verified deployment. Our team can then check the live pages, navigation and contact actions. A paid invoice alone does not mean your website has finished publishing; the verified live address is the final checkpoint.

  9. We keep your project and billing records connected

After launch, our team uses your billing records for invoices and hosting, and your project record for approval history and the verified website address. You can contact us for later website changes or billing questions. Domain purchases, renewals and cancellation requests are coordinated separately rather than assumed to happen automatically.

Billing and domains

Initial payment: $500 deployment plus $30 for the first hosting month, totaling $530. Renewals: $30 monthly after enrollment. The next billing date is shown in the recurring-payment flow. Hosting billing starts immediately rather than after a free month, so coordinate domain readiness before checkout.

Domain ownership: customers retain control of their domain. Domain registration and renewal charges are not included in this website launch flow. Domain purchases and DNS changes are coordinated separately; submitting a domain-assistance request does not buy a domain.

Existing services: preserve business email and any existing website until the planned cutover. Website publication permission is not permission to change mail routing or purchase unrelated services.

Questions and troubleshooting

I submitted the form but have no preview email.

Check spam and confirm the email address used in the request. Generation and team review happen before the invitation is sent. Contact us with your business name and submission date rather than submitting duplicate requests. Our team will check your processing and email-delivery status.

My review link expired or the website needs more changes.

Ask for a fresh invitation. Describe changes by page and section. After a revision, review the new version instead of relying on an old approval.

I paid, but the website is not live.

Check that you have completed publication authorization and monthly enrollment, then contact us. Our administrator will check your existing checkout, deployment progress, domain setup and HTTPS verification. Do not pay again or create another order simply because publication is waiting.

What happens if my project needs an additional check?

Our team reviews your existing approvals, billing account, invoice and hosting order before proceeding. This may be necessary if project details change or a payment or deployment result needs confirmation. We keep the existing records and investigate; you should not repeat a payment unless we have clarified what happened.

Does approval automatically finish Google, Bing or business email setup?

No. Those services can require separate access, account verification and follow-up. Website publication does not guarantee search indexing or rankings, and it does not automatically change email accounts.

How do I request billing changes or stop hosting?

Contact the team to coordinate the requested change and confirm its effective date. Do not assume that requesting website changes, removing a site or changing DNS cancels recurring billing.
